Welcome to Concept Engineering & Technology ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, e-commerce storefront, products, engineering services, and digital platforms.

Concept Engineering & Technology is a Bangladesh-based technology provider and system integrator established in 2018. We specialize in the supply, engineering, installation, and maintenance of:

These Terms apply to all retail customers, corporate clients, institutional buyers, and service contractors.

2. Product Information, Pricing & Stock Availability

1. Accurate Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, technical specifications, and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, manufacturers may update models, firmware, or packaging without prior notice.
2. Pricing Policy: All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT unless specifically indicated otherwise in commercial corporate quotations.
3. Typographical Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous specifications, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item. If payment has already been completed, we will issue a full refund promptly.
4. Stock Fluctuations: Product inventory is updated regularly. In case of unexpected stock depletion following an order confirmation, our customer support team will contact you to offer an upgraded alternative, an estimated restocking date, or an immediate full cancellation with refund.

3. User Accounts & Security

• To access certain features or track orders, you may register an account with a valid email address and phone number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as restricting unauthorized access to your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at our official support channels of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or engage in abusive conduct.

4. Payment Terms & Methods

We provide flexible, secure payment methods for your convenience across Bangladesh:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide for eligible products. Payment must be handed to the authorized delivery rider in cash upon parcel handover. A partial advance delivery booking fee may be requested for high-value equipment or custom orders.
• Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket): Customers can make direct Send Money transactions to our verified numbers. You must enter your originating mobile number and transaction ID (TrxID) during checkout. Orders will be verified before dispatch.
• Corporate Bank Transfer: Available for enterprise, institutional, and bulk purchase orders with formal work orders and invoices.

5. Shipping, Nationwide Delivery & Inspection

1. Delivery Timelines: Orders inside Dhaka Metro are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries outside Dhaka across all 64 districts are fulfilled via trusted courier partners within 2 to 5 business days.
2. Open-Box Checking & Handover: Customers are strongly advised to inspect the outer packaging and ensure the warranty seals are intact before accepting delivery from the courier agent.
3. Transit Damages: If a package arrives visibly broken, tampered with, or unsealed, notify the courier rider immediately and contact our hotline at +880 1700-000000 within 24 hours of receipt with unboxing photos or video evidence.

6. Official Warranty, Returns & Replacement Policy

1. Official Brand Warranty: Products supplied by Concept Engineering & Technology come with official manufacturer or distributor warranties (ranging from 1 year to 3 years depending on the brand and category: Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, ZKTeco, TP-Link, Cisco, etc.).
2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If a purchased product exhibits manufacturing defects within 7 calendar days of purchase, it will be replaced with an identical brand-new unit upon technical verification at our service center.
3. Warranty Exclusions: Warranty coverage does NOT apply to:
   • Physical impact, dropped hardware, cracked casings, or burnt circuit boards.
   • Damage resulting from electrical surges, lightning strikes, abnormal voltage, or water/liquid ingress.
   • Unauthorized repairs, tampering, altered serial numbers, or broken warranty stickers.
   • Consumables, connecting cables, adapters, and accessories unless specifically stated.
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds for returned items will be processed via original payment channel or mobile banking within 5 to 7 working days.

7. Engineering & On-Site Installation Services

• For customers purchasing hardware bundles with on-site installation (e.g. CCTV setup, solar mounting, server rack cabling), installation dates will be coordinated based on site readiness.
• The client must provide safe physical access to premises, uninterrupted electrical power, and necessary structural permissions.
• On-site technician visits outside of standard warranty maintenance may be subject to standard technical service fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, product descriptions, photography, interface graphics, source code, and design—is the intellectual property of Concept Engineering & Technology and its respective manufacturer partners, protected under Bangladesh copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Concept Engineering & Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of our website, purchased hardware, or installation services, including loss of data, loss of business revenue, or downtime.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
